Christian Younger received his J.D. and M.B.A. from Pepperdine University in 2002. Prior to graduate school, Christian attended UCSB where he majored in Law & Society and minored in Philosophy. Since 2002, Christian has represented individuals and businesses in matters ranging from bankruptcy, debt negotiation, business formation, and estate planning. He is a member of the State Bar of California and is admitted to practice in the Central, Northern, and Eastern Districts of California. From 2008 to 2010, Christian served as vice-president for the Sacramento Valley Bankruptcy Forum. Prior to establishing his law practice in Santa Barbara, Christian was a partner in Younger & Hennecke, LLP from 2004-2011 and then owned Friend Younger, PC from 2011 to 2017. He has successfully helped over 3,500 individuals, families, and businesses through the bankruptcy process and gain a fresh start.
